Capital land is a surface complex, composed of 23 storey + 18 storey high buildings and podium. A visual feast jointly presented by woha, a famous design company, and Capital land commercial, a famous real estate developer. The design concept of the building is landscape canyon. Taking the building as the rock, and using the green reasonable layout in each area of the podium to form the forest effect, the building and nature are fully integrated. The design of the project fully takes into account the cultural characteristics of Chengdu City, the life elements of Chengdu citizens, and even the influence of the weather and climate characteristics of Chengdu on the architectural effect. It can be said that the architecture is considered as a work of art.
